Booking and payment:
  • The reservation is valid only after paying an advance.
  • Half the rental amount must be paid in advance.
  • The remaining amount must be paid with a warrenty of € 500 at last 4 weeks before the departure day.
  • The warrenty will be refunded at your bank account, within 14 days, after the holiday, less any damages incurred.
  • The house is equipped for maximum 8 people and must not be exceeded without the explicitly permission of the owner.
  • The key holder has the right to refuse more individuals or he can demand extra money.
  • The costs of water, gas and electricity are included.
  • The final cleaning should be done by the tenant.
  • At the departure day, the tenant must leave the accomodation finally at 10.00 a.m.
  • The rental begins on Saturday at 16.00 p.m. and continues until Saturday at 10.00 a.m.
  • Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Responsibility:

  • We receive you warmly into our holiday home and therefore we ask you kindly to have enough respect to everything that is at your disposal.
  • The tenant is obliged to comply all the instructions of the owner.
  • The tenant is liable for the damage possibly caused.
  • On the territory there is a swimming pool that is fully in accordance with the French safety regulations, therefore we wisch to state that the children are under the full responsibility of the parents.
  • The tenant will accept the house at the arrival and as described in the description supplied by the owner on the website. The furniture and other goods may only be used for the purpose they are intended. If at the end of the rental period furniture or goods no longer are present or in use by other than normal use, they should be replaced or paid by the tenant with the consent of the owner. This condition also applies to the coating, the wallpaper and the building in general.
  • In case of damage, the value of broken or cracked goods, the cleaning of stained carpets, blankets, mattresses, bedding, etc. should be reimbursed by the tenant.
  • The tenant will only use the furniture and the other goods in the rooms where they are posted. It is formally forbidden to move the furniture outside the rented property.
  • The tenant will not throw things in sinks, bathtubs, bidets, showers, toilets, drains, etc. so the pipes can be clogged. If this is the case the tenant will be responsible for the costs for remedying these blockages.
  • The tenant will be taking good care of the building alike a good family man.
